Meet the Team


  • Chief Technology Officer

    With a Masters degree in electrical engineering Ferenc worked in three continents and three different industries - utility, manufacturing and mining. All of these heavy industries require work specific training and daily identification of risks during executing the specific task assigned to employees.

    Staying on the cutting edge of technology in his entire career Ferenc quickly adopted the vision of the founder of ITV Foundry and leveraging his worker safety training experience, 3D 360 VR video recording and editing experience


  • Business Owner and Founder

    Maria completed a college in Informatics and Administration and this started her on the path of dreaming up technological advances to improve the way employees work. After 25 years in utility and construction industries in Mexico and the United States she felt the need to improve workers daily preparedness to face health and safety challenges in order to return home with zero harm every day. The concept of Immersive Training Video Foundry was conceived in mid  2024 and implementation started  shortly there after.
